Terms of Service

• You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
• You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and wallets, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for authorized users in your workspace.
• We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Parts of the Service link to wallets you control on supported networks. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallets, keys, and seed phrases and for every transaction signed from them. ArcenPay does not store or control your private keys or seed phrases and cannot recover, freeze, or reverse on-chain assets or transactions.

Paid plans, pricing, billing intervals, and included features are presented before purchase. Plans may combine a recurring platform fee with a transaction fee on payments processed through the Service. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing interval until cancelled. You can cancel through the applicable purchase or account-management flow; cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund the current period except where required by law or expressly stated in a plan or order form.

Blockchain payments are non-custodial and commonly irreversible. You are responsible for wallet security, network fees, and taxes arising from your use of the Service. Except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and no credits are provided for partial periods or unused time. Where you bill your own end customers, you are responsible for the accuracy of their invoices, the taxes they owe, and any refunds you issue.

ArcenPay does not take custody of your or your customers' digital assets and does not control subscriber wallets. On-chain transactions settle directly between the parties on the relevant network and cannot be reversed by ArcenPay. We may operate relayer or fee-collection components that pay network fees or collect platform fees; these components do not give ArcenPay spending authority over your or your customers' funds.

The ArcenPay plugin for AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Codex, and our Model Context Protocol (MCP) connections, provide read-only access to information you are already entitled to view in your ArcenPay dashboard. They do not create, modify, cancel, or move anything. You must use them only with accounts and organizations you are authorized to access and must not use them to access another organization's data.

These connections are provided "as is" and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Your use of an AI assistant is also governed by that provider's terms. ArcenPay is not affiliated with or endorsed by any AI assistant provider. Nothing provided through these connections is financial, legal, or tax advice. You may revoke the connection at any time.

You may not use the Service to violate law or others' rights; send spam; commit fraud; compromise security; bypass access, payment, or rate controls; scrape or reverse engineer the Service except where law prohibits that restriction; or use agents to make unauthorized, unlawful, or harmful payments, or to circumvent budgets, mandates, or spend limits. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, or legal reasons.

You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You grant ArcenPay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display it solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and comply with law. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide that content.

ArcenPay and its licensors own the Service, documentation, designs, and related intellectual property. Except for the limited right granted in these Terms, all rights are reserved.

AI-enabled features and agent outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use. Verify outputs before relying on them and do not use them as the sole basis for legal, financial, medical, employment, housing, or other regulated decisions. You are responsible for every agent you authorize, including its budgets, mandates, and payments.

Where the Service uses an AI system, you are interacting with an automated system, not a human. The Service's AI features do not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

The Service may integrate with third-party networks, wallets, RPC providers, payment providers, AI assistants, and tools. Their availability, security, and terms are outside ArcenPay's control, and your use of them is governed by their own agreements.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCENPAY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCENPAY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID TO ARCENPAY IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR USD 100. ARCENPAY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

We may update these Terms or the Service. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice where required. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access as described in these Terms. Provisions that should survive termination, including payment, ownership, disclaimer, and liability provisions, will survive.
